{"id":328,"date":"2020-02-18T07:36:05","date_gmt":"2020-02-18T07:36:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/myendosis.org\/?p=328"},"modified":"2020-11-30T01:58:43","modified_gmt":"2020-11-30T01:58:43","slug":"endometriosis-information","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/myendosis.org\/ms\/endometriosis-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Maklumat Tentang Endometriosis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Apa itu Endometriosis?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Endometriosis dialami apabila tisu yang biasanya melapisi bahagian dalam uterus (rahim) atau dikenali sebagai endometrium tumbuh di luar uterus terutamanya di sekitar ruang pelvis, usus dan dalam keadaan jarang berlaku, di dalam perut dan paru-paru.<\/p>\n<p>Endometriosis hakikatnya merupakan sejenis gangguan bergantung kepada estrogen yang boleh menimbulkan keadaan penyakit yang teruk, termasuk sakit pelvis, pembedahan berulang kali dan ketidaksuburan (sumber: The Lancet).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Impact of Endometriosis &#8211; A lifelong Journey<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Endometriosis ialah penyakit yang kadangkala menyebabkan gejala sebelum dan selepas tahun-tahun reproduktif; lazimnya menjejaskan kesejahteraan fizikal, sosial dan mental umum wanita di kemuncak kehidupan dan dalam tempoh paling produktif mereka.<\/p>\n<p>Wanita yang menghidap Endometriosis mengalami kehilangan produktiviti kerja lebih tinggi. Aktiviti tidak berkaitan kerjaya seperti kerja rumah, senaman, belajar, menjaga anak juga amat terjejas oleh gejala penyakit Endometriosis.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu masalah paling besar Endometriosis ialah kelewatan ketara tempoh antara 7 \u2013 11 tahun sebelum rata-rata wanita yang menghidap penyakit disahkan menerusi diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p>This delay is due partly to a lack of awareness of Endometriosis, social taboos surrounding the disease and the fact that women don&#8217;t know what is normal and what isn&#8217;t when it comes to menstrual health.<\/p>\n<p>Pengesanan dan pengurusan awal penyakit mungkin boleh meningkatkan kesuburan dalam kalangan sesetengah wanita ini.
